Statement of Opposition to the Proposed
Safe Care Legislation
The Ministry for Children and Family Development is
resurrecting the principles of the Secure Care Act in a new
piece of legislation called Safe Care. Justice for
Girls continues to oppose these oppressive and punitive
pieces of legislation.
